What is Imprint?
Our free programs and mentorship equips adults and youth in underserved communities with essential life skills and mental wellness strategies for greater confidence and success.

When Skills Grow, Communities Thrive.

1 in 5 youth and adults experience a mental health condition, highlighting the need for skill-building.

When skill-building happens in groups, communities grow stronger and more resilient.

Skill-building boosts confidence, improves academics, job performance, and fosters long-term mental wellness.

We deliver tailored life-skills education—from community classes to skill-building groups and partnership trainings—designed to equip communities and organizations with vital life skills for greater success and mental wellness.

"Ms. Dianne's classes are always impressive, not your typical classes. In addition to working with the group, she also works with people one on one and digs deep, helping them to find their strengths and their traits for leadership... she creates original experiential activities to draw out what's inside of them and help them integrate what they're learning, so they can develop confidence and chart a path that serves them now and into the future." ~ Adia Del Pino
In just a few hours, Adia built a new transportable, monetizable skill by working in tandem with me! Your donations also allow us to hire youth for skill-building employment opportunities, in a culture where they often feel overlooked and underestimated. (Read Adia's story here.)

We're bringing our life-skills programs and our signature engaging and accessible activities directly into communities, schools, and organizations where children and adults can most use them to build essential skills for lifelong success.

"I have used The Coping Skills Quest with my students, and some of my special needs students and they really enjoyed playing the games included. We have also been exploring and using the other 20 activities in the kit together. Living in a time where many people feel hurried and stressed, having hands-on, experiential activities and creative outlets are so helpful. The game also encourages the children to connect with each other and participate together, and they are happier when they are connecting. To unplug, to be able to practice mindfulness and being present in enjoyable ways while building resilience, to limit screen time (which helps with better sleep) and to get children off of their phones and connecting with each other and their families ~ these are all quite helpful. So many people are looking for ways to slow down, to unplug, and to recharge themselves, and The Coping Skills Quest game kit can help them to do all of those things!" ~ Sharon Flynn, LCPC, School Psychologist in Baltimore City schools

Our RESET for Wellness program is used with adults, to help them strengthen their ability to:
-
Overcome addictions
-
Build meaningful relationships
-
Discover their strengths for meaningful & sustainable work
"Dianne shares as many techniques that can help people to reset their thinking and to provide insight to problems that so many people who are dealing with trauma and acute needs can use. There are a lot of people out there who react to their stresses before they can think about it. A lot of these techniques can help people calm their bodies even in just a couple of seconds and she provides many techniques so they can support themselves now and in the future..." ~ Naomi Berkenbilt, LCSW-C
